What is a hotel availability alert?
A hotel availability alert watches a particular hotel and stay for bookable inventory, then notifies you after a matching room appears. It is useful when a preferred hotel has no partner rate for your dates and you do not want to keep checking manually.
Hotel Pounce focuses on availability and an optional maximum total price. It does not reserve a room, hold inventory, or identify whether a returned room came from a cancellation, a new inventory release, or another change.
